This website is operated by US Automation Controls LLC (“USAC,” “we,” “us”). Use of the site is subject to this notice.

Distributor status. USAC is an authorized distributor of certain WAGO, Leuze, Panasonic, and Agastat products. Product names, trademarks, and specifications belong to their respective owners. We do not claim to be the manufacturer. Manufacturer specifications control over any summary on this site.

Catalog and availability. Product pages, part numbers, images, filters, and descriptions are for identification. A page may be incomplete, a draft, or unavailable even if a part number appears in search. We may correct catalog data, withdraw a listing, or limit quantities without notice. An item is not offered for sale unless the page shows a price and accepts an order through checkout.

Prices. Displayed prices are in US dollars and may change before an order is accepted. A price of $0.00, a missing price, or a “Request a Quote” label is not an offer to sell at no charge. Quote-only items are supplied only after we confirm price, availability, and lead time in writing.

Quotes and orders. A quote request is not an order. We may accept, reject, or revise a request. An order is formed only when we accept it and payment is completed through Shopify checkout, or when we confirm a written order. Title and risk of loss pass as stated at checkout or in the order confirmation.

No professional design advice. Application notes and part-selection tools are aids only. You are responsible for confirming that a part meets your electrical, safety, and code requirements.

Accounts and privacy. Information you submit, including name, company, email, and part interest, is used to answer requests, process orders, and operate the store. We do not sell that information. Payment data is handled by Shopify and the payment provider, not stored by us as a full card number. Contact sales@usac123.com to ask about information we hold about you.

Limitation. To the extent permitted by law, the site and catalog are provided as available, without a warranty that every listing, image, filter, or link is complete or error-free. Our liability for a product is limited to the remedy stated in the applicable order or the manufacturer’s warranty, if any.
